From December 13, 2025 to April 12, 2026, the Bishop's Palace of Portogruaro will host the art exhibition 'Artists at the Biennales 1900-1960', an unmissable event for art enthusiasts and those looking for exhibitions and cultural events in the Veneto region.
Curated by Stefano Cecchetto, the exhibition traces the first fifty years of the Venice Biennale, highlighting how Venice became an international reference point for art. The exhibition is divided into three thematic sections:
The exhibition includes about 100 works, organised in thematic rooms that show affinities and differences between pictorial languages, offering a complete overview of the evolution of Italian and international art between the late 19th and mid-20th century.
